Education:  Texas Tech University School of Law, J.D.

Accomplishments:  While in law school, Adam was a member of the Law Review, where he served as Manuscript Editor and Technology Editor.  Adam's law review article on the history of the Federal Telecommunications Act and the FCC's rule-making procedures was published in 2005 (37 Tex. Tech. L. Rev. 473).  Since joining the firm in 2006, Adam has litigated a diverse portfolio of business issues, with particular success in employment litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and judgment collection. Adam has taken several cases to trial, arbitration, and the Courts of Appeal.  Adam has worked with credit card processing companies in prosecuting their charge-back and fraudulent transaction litigation and has obtained over twenty judgments on their behalf.

Adam leads the firm's judgment collection practice and has collected sizable judgments against a variety of debtors, including a hospital group and a publicly-traded software company.  Adam also assists clients with their transactional needs, including copyright and trademark filings, stockholder buyout agreements, employment contracts and compliance research.

Adam is active in the legal community.  Adam is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California and the Business Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association.  Adam is also volunteers as a mock trial judge for local and national mock trial competitions.
